Tim takes overall responsibility for running The Oxfordshire Golf Club and Hotel. Tim was invited to become the General Manager at The Oxfordshire by Paul Gibbons after being scouted out by one of Paul's working associates.
He is a valuable, hardworking member of the Leaderboard team, who enjoys his role and takes great pride in the growth of the brand.
On a personal level, Tim finds particular satisfaction in seeing the hotel becoming busier and enjoys engaging with the members, while ensuring they get the best possible service during their time at the Oxfordshire.
James Cornish

James qualified as a PGA pro in 2000 and joined Chart Hills as Director of Golf in 2004. In 2011 he opened a golf academy at Chart Hills along with a highly qualified staff of experts in the field of psychology, strength & conditioning, nutrition and golf technique coaching. He understands the importance of focusing on the whole of your golf game and at the Leaderboard Golf Performance Centre they address everything, be that technique, overcoming negative thought or working on overall fitness.
Karl Steptoe

Following his experiences as a golf professional and coach since 1997, Karl developed an interest in how psychology influences performance and went on to gain a Masters degree in Psychology of Sport & Exercise from Loughborough University. He works with golfers of all abilities, helping them overcome mental barriers and develop strategies in order to realise their golfing potential.
Rob Goldup

Rob is a consultant with the multidisciplinary sports medicine company Pro Golf Health which has given him the opportunity to work with some of the world's top golfers on both the PGA and European Tours. Through his consultancy work he has learned a great deal on golf health and conditioning for today's golfer.
Anthony Froom
PGA
Anthony is already an established member of the team, working as a coach at Chart Hills Golf Club. He is now Technical Coach at the Leaderboard Golf Performance Centre and, alongside James, is responsible for the technical issues and lessons. He teaches players off all ages and abilities.

He enjoys the challenge of finding the most suitable path of learning for the individual. His passion for golf means maintaining a high standard of play is a priority for Justin.
Ben Ratcliffe

Ben joined The Oxfordshire in March 2009 and completed his PGA Degree Programme in 2011. Since joining The Oxfordshire, Ben has helped develop the successful Junior Academy and become a popular coach with all members and guests using video technology. Ben and the Golf Team are focusing in 2012 on providing a five star experience in custom fitting.
Harry Boundy

Harry began his professional career at The Oxfordshire in June 2011 and is currently following the PGA Programme. Harry assists with the junior programme and supports the lead professionals with a relaxed and informative coaching style, covering students of all abilities.
Adam Riddle

Adam joined The Oxfordshire golf team in 2010. During this time Adam has proved to be a capable player and maintains a handicap of 2. He currently oversees the golf services department and plays a large part in ensuring five star presentation and service in the pro shop. Adam is also able to complete custom fitting sessions for hardware and advise on all aspects of the game.
