I have really fallen in love with Adidas' golf shoes after switching from FootJoy's a season ago. Their contemporary yet conservative looks make all their shoes stand out. Adidas' emphasis on style, innovation, and build quality have made them a real force among shoe manufacturers.
Improving upon their very successful adiPURE line, Adidas have put their shoes on tour with golfers like Sergio Garcia and Jason Day whose valuable feedback have helped refine what I believe to be the best shoe on the market.
As soon as you lace up the Tour 360 ATVs you immediately feel supported and comfortable as the FitFoam layer moulds and supports your whole foot, heel to toe. The dual outside layers act to expel moisture away from your feet, while the outer leather repels all the elements making the shoe durable and 100% waterproof. An additional adiTUFF leather patch on the toe provides added toughness and durability where you need it most.
The Adidas Tour 360 ATV's newest features promote extra stability and balance on all terrains. The THiNTech technology generates an ultra-thin under-sole, which brings you closer to the ground for better balance and ball striking while also dampening the impact of any hard or uneven surfaces.
The really impressive underfoot designs are what bring the Tour 360 ATVs together. The unique THiNTech 'anti-clog' cleats are like no other. These low profile cleats bring you closer to the turf for even greater stability, power transfer, and footwork. Flanking the standard cleat layout is an extra TRAXION lung which allows you to easily walk along any surface on and off the course while remaining green friendly.
The newest addition to the Adidas tech armoury incorporates forefoot flexibility, allowing you to bend and flex your foot as you would in a tennis shoe. This removes the rigidity common in other golf shoes and allows you to stretch and follow through comfortably to complete your swing.
Although many of these features can be found in the adiPURE range, the Tour 360 ATVs do feel like an entirely different shoe. All of the features work well together, providing balanced performance, grip, and comfort - which simply can't be beaten.
