Review: Mizuno Golf X-Flex All Weather Glove

Written by  Graham Green on Thursday, 24 November 2011
As winter is well on its way, we thought now would be an ideal time to try out the Mizuno Golf X-Flex All Weather Glove. Here's our verdict.

With a range of features, we found the X-Flex to be an excellent golf glove. The velcro fasteners along with the FlexMesh inserts gave a very snug fit, while the engineered flexjoints on the glove allowed for plenty of movement in the fingers.

These flexjoints, along with the gloves grain texture, provided excellent grip no matter what the conditions. Even on a wet day out on the course, we were able to keep a good, secure grip of our clubs. It's not just in the inclement weather however where this glove performs well. The Durasoft SL touch finish offers breathability and moisture wicking capabilities, keeping your hand dry and cool.

The X-Flex All Weather Glove is lightweight and comfortable yet hardwearing, and it was this that really impressed us. We've worn the X-Flex for quite a few rounds now and were surprised by how well it has held up - particularly when you consider how cheap it is compared to some other brands.

As far as golf gloves go, the X-Flex has everything you could possibly want. It does exactly what it promises and is great value for money.
