James qualified as a PGA pro in 2000 and joined Chart Hills as Director of Golf in 2004. In 2011 he opened a golf academy at Chart Hills along with a highly qualified staff of experts in the field of psychology, strength & conditioning, nutrition and golf technique coaching. He understands the importance of focusing on the whole of your golf game and at the Leaderboard Golf Performance Centre they address everything, be that technique, overcoming negative thought or working on overall fitness.

Karl Steptoe

Following his experiences as a golf professional and coach since 1997, Karl developed an interest in how psychology influences performance and went on to gain a Masters degree in Psychology of Sport & Exercise from Loughborough University. He works with golfers of all abilities, helping them overcome mental barriers and develop strategies in order to realise their golfing potential.

Rob Goldup

Rob is a consultant with the multidisciplinary sports medicine company Pro Golf Health which has given him the opportunity to work with some of the world's top golfers on both the PGA and European Tours.
